For all you ladies!
We
are hosting a FREE Women's Rape Safe Seminar on Thursday (October 13th,
2011) from 8:00pm-9:00pm and will be replacing our Fundamentals Class
for the Day!
This class will focus on introducing women to some
of the most common scenarios and how to defend yourself against these
attacks.
The Rape prevention course is open to all female community members Ages 12 and up. Bring your friends, mothers, daughters, sisters, etc.... No previous experience is needed for course.
You don't want to miss this opportunity that may help save your life or the lives of your loves ones.
Wear comfortable workout clothes and come have some fun.
