This past Sunday GB Fullerton member Aaron Miller had his 9 MMA win via KO from armbar defence!

This is such a great site to the different paths that Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will take you, we have many different types of students here, ones who want to lose weight, learn self-defense, compete in the sport of Brazilain Jiu Jitsu, reduce stress, use it for MMA and they all can do here in one place in the same class. With no ego’s or injuries.
It just goes to show you that its not just a hobby but a way of living your life throught the gentle art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
